今 テレビでは、
明らかに 馬鹿な日本人をつくるプロジェクトが始まっています。
トップクラスの意思決定が働いているとしか いいようがないほど、

テレビ画面を見ている人間は、抽象的な思考を抑制され、
能動的に思考を行なうことができなくなります。
抽象的な思考を行うことは、人間の脳の前頭前野、
もっとも高度な部分における脳の働きなのですが、
この働きを そっくり 失ってしまうのです。

「自分のことはいいから、隣の人を助けてよ」--
私たちが日常的に行なっている、こうした思考こそが
私たちが人間であることの 本来の証ですが、
支配者たちにとっては、これをやられると困るのです。
それは、人間のコントロールが効かなくなるからです。
支配者たちが人間をコントロールするためには
自分のことだけを考える人間の集まりであればあるほど
都合がいいのです。

アフガニスタンを出国 ペシャワール会の６人
アフガニスタン東部ジャララバードなどで活動してきた
非政府組織（ＮＧＯ）「ペシャワール会」の日本人６人が４日、
アフガンを出国、パキスタンの首都イスラマバードに到着した。
ジャララバードに残る日本人スタッフは１人となった。
ペシャワール会の伊藤和也さん（３１）が殺害された事件を受けた措置。

The US-led coalition
and the separate NATO-led International Security Assistance Force,
which together have about 70,000 troops in Afghanistan, could not

They did, however, say that they would check the information.

said the former player had been killed by international troops.

that Tokyo will not send troops to Afghanistan
due to opposition from a crucial coalition partner
but will extend a refueling mission in the Indian Ocean.
The New Komeito party — a major partner in Japan's ruling coalition with Fukuda's Liberal Democratic Party — raised objections to the proposed mission because of the deteriorating security in Afghanistan, Kyodo said.
Japan's parliament would need to pass a new law authorizing a deployment in Afghanistan, but the prime minister realized it would be difficult to push legislation through the powerful lower house without the New Komeito party's support.

U.S. and NATO officials are seeking transport helicopters and personnel for logistical support in Afghanistan for joint military-civilian provincial reconstruction teams and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
Defense Ministry officials opposed the U.S. request for CH47 helicopters on grounds that the choppers, which fly at low altitudes, would be vulnerable to attacks by surface-to-air weapons.

アフガニスタン本土への
陸上自衛隊の派遣を政府が検討していることに反対し、
「もし実際に派遣されれば安全確保のため
日本人スタッフはすべて帰国させざるを得ない」と述べ、
同会の現地活動が全面停止する可能性があることを明らかにした。
中村氏は、干ばつや世界的な食料危機に加え、
米軍や国際治安支援部隊（ＩＳＡＦ）への反発から
両国内で暴動や自爆テロが頻発していると指摘。
「（自衛隊派遣の前提となる）『非戦闘地域』などどこにもない。
米国への従属軍としか受け取られない自衛隊の派遣は、
民生支援などで培われてきた日本への信頼を完全に崩壊させ、
日本人も殺りくの危険にさらす」と強く批判した。
ペシャワール会は１９８４年、ハンセン病治療を中心に活動開始。
干ばつが深刻化した２０００年以降は井戸やかんがい用水路の建設、
農業支援なども行っている。現在の日本人スタッフは１６人。
２００７年度の事業規模は約４億５０００万円。

私は国会の証人喚問でアフガニスタンの実情を報告し、
「自衛隊の派遣は有害無益である」と述べた。
しかし、テロ特措法の契機となった「アフガン報復爆撃」そのものについても、
それを日本政府やメディアが支持したことの是非についても、
現地民衆の視点で論じられることはなかった。
特措法延長で米国同盟軍と見なされれば反日感情に火がつき、
アフガンで活動をする私たちの安全が脅かされるのは必至である。
繰り返すが、「国際社会」や「日米同盟」という虚構ではなく、
最大の被害者であるアフガン農民の視点にたって、

空爆、暗殺、反乱、１００年に一度といわれる大旱魃と飢饉、

と米軍の発表がありました。
何のことはない。
死んだのは、全て年端もゆかぬ子供たちでした。

日本では報道で取り上げられませんでした。
実態は、西側筋の伝えるものとかなり異なります。
遅々として進まぬ復興、実のない内外の議論、外国軍の横暴に対して、
もはや忍耐は限界を超えました。
これは緊急事態であり、吾々の戦であります。
いたずらに農民を殺戮する外国軍の「対テロ戦争」と対決し、

小沢一郎氏は、
「国連決議」とは国連総会の決議か
安全保障理事会の決議のどちらかである、と語ったことがある。
この決議があれば
自衛隊を海外へ派兵しても憲法に抵触しない
というのが小沢氏の考えである。
しかも、小沢氏は
「私が述べたような方針を(民主党はすでに)決定しています」
と明言している。
小沢氏の考えを、民主党は、党議で決定しているというのである。
国連至上主義は日本国の主権の否定につながるおそれがある。
国連決議至上主義は危険である。
国際紛争の解決を日本に押しつけるため、
米、中、露、仏、英の国連常任理事国５カ国が談合して
国連決議を行なうことは十分にありうる。
そのとき、国連決議至上主義者の小沢一郎氏が首相であれば、
米、中、露、仏、英５カ国の談合結果を呑まされる恐れが強い。
日本が利用され弄ばれる恐れなし、とはとうてい言えない。
日本は国連安保常任理事国ではないから、拒否権を持っていない。
日本は国連決議を拒否できないのである。
「拒否できない」日本が
国連決議至上主義の立場をとることはきわめて危険である。
小沢代表の
国連決議があれば武力行為も行なうという「戦争志向」は危険だ。
民主党は平和主義に立つべきである。
日本の政治が第一に尊重すべきは日本国憲法であり、
民主党はこの原則を守らなければならない。
国連決議さえあれば自衛隊を世界中どこへでも派兵するというのは、
憲法第九条に明確に違反していることなのだ。
日本は主権国であり、日本国憲法が日本の基本法である。
日本国憲法が基本であり、国連はそれに次ぐものである。
国連を日本の上におく考えは、根本的に誤っている。

多くの国民は自公連立政権に飽き飽きしている。
国民の中に起きている
あたかも民族移動のような自公連立政権離れが、
小沢民主党政権樹立への流れを後押ししている。
これは、いわば自然の流れである。
古い自民党が滅びるのは当然である。
だが、
国民が努力して小沢民主党政権を樹立したとき、
小沢内閣が日本国民をアフガン戦争に巻き込むようなことになったら、
日本国民は、それこそ浮かばれないのである。
このことはいまから警戒しておかなければならない。

If this movement wants to achieve its goals it must speak out now against the immediate danger of a nuclear war. Indifference will inevitably cause its disappearence under a thick layer of post-nuclear war martial laws.

米国の大学院で学んでいた時、
経済学の教授から『論語』を読むようにいわれた。
そこで孔子の「弱者が困らないように強者は配慮すべきだ」という、
トップが悪いことをしないようにする教えを知った時は新鮮だった。
なぜなら米国は、
当時からまったくその逆のことを教える国だったからだ。
宗教としてのキリスト教は人々に
「人間は生まれつき罪を背負っている、
だから貧しい生活は当たり前であり、自分が悪いのだから我慢しなさい、
その代わり死んでから救ってあげよう」と説いた。
搾取される側の人々に、我慢をさせるための教えだった。
いまでも米国はイエス・キリストの「汝の敵を愛せ」
という言葉の反対を行う国である。
テロ国家と定めれば、愛するどころか侵略し、
爆撃をおこなう反キリストの国なのだ。
国家の持つ宗教的な教えはその社会の仕組みと深くかかわる。

米国防総省当局者は６日までに、
アフガニスタンの国軍増強のための費用として、
少なくとも１７０億ドル（約１兆７０００億円）の負担を
日本を含む同盟諸国に要求したことを明らかにした。
「アフガンに軍隊、特に戦闘部隊を派遣することに消極的な国は、
財政的な貢献をするべきだ」と述べた。
同報道官によると、米政府は既に日本に費用負担を要請済みだが、
要請は福田前政権に対し行われたため、

米政府が5年間で最大200億ドル（約2兆円）の分担を
日本側に期待する意向を伝えてきていることが7日、明らかになった。
日本によるアフガン本土での人的貢献が当面、難しい情勢のためで、
代替策として資金面の貢献拡大を打診してきた形。
インド洋での給油活動継続に加えて、
アフガン安定の資金コストの分担問題が日本の課題に浮上しそうだ。
軍事支援費の分担は7月下旬、
来日したウィルクス米国防副次官補が伝達してきた。
これに先立ち、当時の福田康夫首相は
7月上旬のブッシュ大統領との会談で、
アフガン本土への自衛隊派遣は困難との立場を説明していた。
ウィルクス氏の日本派遣はこうした経緯を踏まえたものだ。
